Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience an issue with your wholesale order, please review our return and refund terms below.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order specifications
The claim is made within 7 business days of receiving the shipment
Products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (where applicable)

Due to the nature of wholesale bulk orders, returns for reasons other than defects or order discrepancies (e.g., change of mind) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

How to Request a Return

Contact our support team within 7 business days of delivery, including your order number, photos of the affected products, and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipment or replacement.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of the returned goods being received and inspected. Shipping costs for approved defective/incorrect item returns will be covered by FDA Exotic; shipping costs for other approved returns may be the client’s responsibility.

Replacements
For defective or incorrect items, we are happy to offer a replacement shipment as an alternative to a refund, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain perishable, custom-order, or hygiene-sensitive products may be non-returnable due to their nature. This will be clearly indicated on the relevant product listing.

Order Discrepancies
If your delivered order does not match your confirmed purchase order (wrong item, incorrect quantity), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a correction promptly.
